I had the extreme pleasure and honor recently to be interviewed on the Warrior Soul podcast.  As a vet myself, I love Christopher Albert’s message, and the love and support his Warrior Soul organization provides for those who’ve served.

In this episode, we take a deep dive into the messy bowels of the American “disease management” system, and discuss some actionable items that everyday citizens can take to reclaim their vibrancy and regain sovereignty over their lives and the lives of their loved ones.

Because the tentacles of this problem are so many and so pervasive, it’s easy to lose hope.  But as you’ll hear in this podcast, all we really need to do is to begin collectively opting out of the system.  And every step — no matter how seemingly small — matters greatly.

The first act of the new patriotism, it might be said, is to reclaim sovereignty over your own health.  That small act itself begins to starve the beast of its lifeblood — MONEY.

And remember this: the most immediate form of democracy you wield is how and where you spend your hard-earned money.
