You are a miraculous being, cable of so much good work in the world.

And maybe at this stage in your life you have “made it”.  Successful by whatever measures you’ve set. King of your domain.  Whatever that domain might be.

Or maybe you’ve hit the skids; down and out.  Rock bottom. Nowhere to go but up… or to check out completely.  Teetering on the precipice.

Most of course are somewhere in between.  We are, if nothing else, complex beings. Outwardly successful, inwardly miserable; lost.

Or outwardly broken, but blissful within.  

Either way, it’s good to keeps the words of Vandana Shiva in mind:

“You are not Atlas carrying the world on your shoulder. It is good to remember that the planet is carrying you.”  

Heal thyself, harden thyself, change the world –
