“The fierce urgency of now.” – Martin Luther King, Jr. I truly enjoy the long-form podcast medium; especially it’s contrast with that of blogging. Chalk me up as a member of the Joe Rogan Experience fan-boy club. The rambling & nuance vs the pin-pointed. Well, ramble (and hopefully, nuance a bit) I do in this… [More…]
“He who recovers to the greatest degree, the quickest and with the greatest frequency wins.” – Keith Norris Two of the most frequently asked questions I get are: what do you do for pre-workout supplementation, and who (and how in the hell?) cuts your hair? Seriously, those are the two. The second question is easy:… [More…]
Mere change is not growth. Growth is the synthesis of change and continuity, and where there is no continuity there is no growth. -CS Lewis “Game changer” is a hackneyed phrase these days, but I’ll be damned if I can think of a better term to use for the movements I’ve been able to associate… [More…]
“If people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery, it would not seem so wonderful at all.” – Michaelangelo My good friend Roger Dickerman really knows how to work an interview. His knowledge of health, wellness and fitness is vast, he gets just how to pace the discussion, and has a… [More…]

One that I like to use with… [More…]
“Do what you can, where you are, with what you have.” – Teddy Roosevelt The Paleo lifestyle. Efficient and effective strength and conditioning. Pinpointed micro-nutrition and supplementation. When everything is boiled down to the essential rue, that “rue” is simply this: optimization of the human animal within the environment it finds itself. And the most… [More…]
Heal thyself, harden thyself, change the world – Keith & Michelle Norris, Paleo f(x) Co-founders The largest Paleo event in the world takes place this week, in Austin, Texas. To say that Michelle and I are thrilled as to what this event has become would be the grossest of understatements. The “little fledgling movement… [More…]
