So a year ago (as documented in this post) I had my Omega 3 levels tested as part of a pre- ID Nutrition work up. I decided to target Omega 3s because you usually don’t see much discussion on testing/tracking these in the same way that you find tracking of, for example, vitamin D. I also wanted to highlight what I think is the gold standard of Omega 3 testing, the Holman Omega 3 Test.

Here’s a slightly different variation on the 21-rep, rest-pause, extended set theme today with the floor presses. I combined a wide-grip floor press, followed immediately with a narrow-grip floor press, while still maintaining the 21-rep theme.
